IMPORTANT RETURN & SHIPPING POLICY INFORMATION

Power Ported Performance products are intended for Off Road use only and do not comply to EPA standards. All Sales are Final, unless a return is authorized. Applicable Cores items must be returned undamaged within 14 days of shipment receipt or the full core charge amount will be forfeit. Receipt of the shipped order will be legal acceptance of this core charge policy. Engine orders require a 50% deposit.

Pricesdo not include shipping and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for any misprints, typographical errors or any costs associated with the installation of any products. Purchaser assumes the risk associated with the installation of performance products. We, along with the manufacturer of each product are not responsible for any direct or indirect damage to the vehicle or costs incurred from the use of these products. Warranty claims would need to be handled directly by the manufacturer.

Returns are subject to approval and a 20% restocking fee, must be done within 30 days and the unused product must be in the original, undamaged packaging. A return authorization number is required for any return. Cancellations for non-stock or special order items (motors for example) are subject to a 10% processing fee if the order is canceled before the product ships from the manufacturer. After that it can not be canceled.  Please ask if you are unsure if this will apply to your order. Credits usually post to our account within one billing cycle. Sale prices can not be combined with other discounted packages and are only available during the sale period. Credits will not be issued if a product goes on sale after it is purchased. No refunds on gift certificates, electrical, special order, used or non-stock items. Allow 15 days for personal checks to clear. Sorry, no CODs.

Please contact us if you receive a product that is damaged. Do not attempt to install the product because we won't be able to file a claim to cover that after an installation has occured.

 Note: For your protection, orders can only be shipped to your billing address unless you have an alternate address listed with the credit card company. All shipping discounts are only applicable to domestic US orders. Please provide the customer service number for your card so we can verify the alternate shipping location. PayPal orders can only be shipped to an address that is confirmed by PayPal. We will not refund the payment if you submit it with an address that isn't confirmed. You would need to retrieve that from your end.
