* When Applicable: Shortblock Core and engine stand charge of $1,150.00 temporarily waived for 30 days from shipment of PPP 426 stroker shortblock. Customer is fully aware and responsible for the core charge amount and must return their stock core at their own shipping and insurance expense to avoid the core charge being applied to their credit card after the 30 day waiver period. By placing this order the customer fully acknowledges and authorizes Power Ported, LLC to charge their supplied credit card $1,150.00 in the event their stock shortblock core is not returned to Power Ported, LLC within 30 days of their Power Ported, LLC 426 stroker shortblock order shipping or is recieved damaged or un-usable for its intended purpose. The customer returned 6.1L Chrysler shortblock core must be returned in re-usable condition for the creation of another Power Ported, LLC Stroker shortblock. If upon inspection the returned core is found to be unusable for this purpose for any reason, it will be returned to the customer at their expense and the supplied credit card will be charge the core charge amount. If the credit card transaction cannot be completed for any reason, the customer must supply Power Ported, LLC an alternate credit card or payment method with 14 days to avoid collections and legal action.

 

** This transaction amount does not reflect shipping charges, which will be due and payable by the customer when the order is ready to ship and must be paid prior to order shipment. Shipping charges will be calculated to include Insurance and any additional fees, such as Lift Gate, Residential delivery charges or any other applicable charges or handling fees.
